CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

 

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

 

Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.

 

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.

 

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

 

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there's any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it.

Jewelry Items:

We offer a 60 day returns policy from date of purchase.

 

Please note, personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. Shipping and insurance is non-refundable.

 

 

SHOES:

 

In the rare event that a customer is unhappy with the fit of their shoe, Fashion Finds will process a free exchange

 

Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.

 

Free Exchanges will only be allowed once per shoe order. Any costs related to exchanges past the first free exchange must be covered by buyer.

 

In order for a free exchange to be processed, buyer must provide the following information: reason the shoe didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested by the customer, customer name, and order number.

 

Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange by Fashion Finds.

 

To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our product specifications pages for customer reference.

 

Free sizing exchange requests only apply to high tops, low tops, sneakers, boots, casual shoes, flip flops, faux fur boots and slip-ons. No other product in the Fashion Finds catalog is eligible for a free size exchange.

 

 

All Other Items:

 

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Just click on the Product Details link to find your best fit!

 

We will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.

 

The product was received in the last 30 days

 

The product is unwashed, unworn and unused

 

The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered

 

MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE ONLINE LISTING

This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look.

 

It's possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team for review, along with your order ID.
