If you are ordering a personalized item please upload your photo or input your text into the box under the add to cart button. In the event you experience any difficulty with finding this you may alternately email us your personalized information. It is the customers responsibility to ensure personalized details are correct and all sales are final. We cancannotnot reprint due to customer input error.

We process all orders placed on our website using authorized Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal methods. When you provide your card details for a purchase, if the card is still valid and hasn’t expired, it will be pre-approved, and the charge will be applied during the processing stage.

We typically ship all jewelry orders within 2-4 business days. If you select Express shipping at checkout, we'll send your item via Fedex 2-day delivery, once production is complete.  Please note fedex 2 day can not deliver to P.O.B or APO addresses.

Home decor items (blankets, metal prints, and pillows) can 2-7 days for production.

We offer two types of bases for acrylic items. The Deluxe Wooden Base With Light and the Standard Base (included). You will receive the one you chose at the time of purchase. The standard base has no lights, while the Deluxe led base has 7 colors, 3 modes, and 5 levels of brightness.

Acrylic products come packaged with a protective film on the front of the item that needs to be peeled off prior to use. Coverings may be brown or blue and can be peeled by slowly peeling from an edge. If the item looks different from photo or appears backwards, you just need to remove the protective plastic.

Graphic pendants and bangle bracelets come in a white and black flip top box with foam padding. Standard jewelry and watches come with a choice of the black and white flip top box or the LED lighted box that lights up as the recipient opens the gift. You will receive the one chosen at checkout.

We offer upgraded fedex 2 day shipping on jewelry and acrylic products only. Production time of 2-3 days still applies in addition to shipping time. All other items offer standard USPS shipping at this time.
